What we collect - When you buy photos: your name, email address, and the photos you purchased. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. - When you request a session or contact us: the details you type into the form, and any reference images you choose to upload. - Technical data needed to run the site securely (for example IP address for spam and abuse prevention).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising trackers.

Photos of minors Many of our sports galleries include youth athletes. Galleries are not indexed by search engines, can be password protected, and expire. If you are a parent or guardian and want a photo of your child removed, contact us at kickstartcaptures.llc@gmail.com with the photo number (for example KC-0001) and we will remove it promptly.

How long we keep data Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Gallery photos are removed after the gallery expires or is deleted. Session requests and messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and provide the service.

Service providers We use trusted providers to run the site: hosting, database, file storage, payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery.

Your choices You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing kickstartcaptures.llc@gmail.com.

Changes We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
