Purchased photos are delivered as digital downloads. Download links expire after the period shown on your order. Please download and save your photos promptly.
Personal-use license
Purchased photos are licensed for personal use (sharing with family and friends, personal social media, personal prints). Commercial use or resale requires written permission. Copyright remains with Kickstart Captures.
Watermarked previews
Preview images shown in galleries are watermarked and may not be copied, screenshotted for use, or reproduced.
Refunds
All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. Session deposits are non-refundable, but a deposit isn't an extra fee: it comes off your session total, so you only pay the rest. If you have any questions, please contact us at kickstartcaptures.llc@gmail.com.
Session requests
Submitting a session request does not reserve a date. A session is confirmed only after we contact you and agree on details.
